Comprehensive policy covering 3D CAD model confidentiality (NDA), online quoting & payment, custom manufacturing cancellation, global logistics, and personal data privacy.
1. Terms and Conditions
Welcome to POAO Manufacturing platform (www.3dcoldplates.com). Accessing this site, using our AI automated quoting system, or placing orders constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Age Limit: Users under 18 must use this platform under parent or legal guardian supervision.
- Order Confirmation: Orders require confirmation via official email. Orders with invalid contact information may be cancelled.
- Information Accuracy: Displayed specs are for reference. Clients are responsible for pre-sale technical consultations.
2. 3D CAD & Drawing Confidentiality (NDA)
All 3D CAD files (STL, STEP, IGES, etc.) and engineering drawings uploaded to POAO remain the exclusive confidential property of the client.
- Strict Purpose Limit: Data is used solely for DfAM analysis, quoting, and manufacturing. Never disclosed or commercialized without consent.
- Encrypted Storage: All files are transferred over SSL 256-bit encryption and stored securely with periodic temp file purging.
3. Payment & Order Cancellation Policy
Online payments are processed securely via SSL-encrypted gateways supporting Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
Because metal 3D printed components and CNC cold plates are made-to-order custom items, orders CANNOT be cancelled once laser sintering or machining has commenced.
For non-custom or pre-production cancellations, a non-refundable 6% payment processing fee (Stripe) will be deducted.
4. Product Warranty & Return Rules
- Unboxing Video Evidence: Any damage or missing accessories claims require continuous, unedited video evidence recorded during unboxing.
- 48-Hour Defect Notice: Defective components must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for free reprint replacement or refund.
- Leakage & Quality Certification: Custom cold plates pass 100% pressure testing prior to shipment. Warranty does not cover unauthorized modifications.
5. Global Logistics & Customs Duties
Shipments are fulfilled via FedEx, DHL, or UPS with full tracking numbers provided upon dispatch.
- Deliveries require valid physical addresses (P.O. Boxes are not accepted).
- Customs & Import Duties: Recipients are responsible for any local import duties and clearance fees.
6. Privacy Policy (GDPR & CCPA)
POAO values your privacy. This policy covers data collected through our website and quoting platforms.
Data Collection & Usage
We collect name, email, phone number, and address to fulfill custom orders and quotes. Server logs collect IP address and browser type for security monitoring.
GDPR & CCPA Consumer Rights
- Right to Access & Rectification: You may request copies and corrections of your data.
- Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal information.
- Do Not Sell My Info: POAO never sells user personal information.
